In 2021, DETA (Douwe Terpstra), SolVin (Vincent van Tiel) and I started working on an animated music video for DETA's song, 'This is Real', which is featured on DETA's latest music album, Ambiotic. After years of working on it inbetween other projects, we finally released it in 2023.
The main character of this story is a human whose life cycle and growth is visualized at a tempo which is guided by the rhythm and evolution of the music. You see his life evolving from his birth until his death, creatively transitioning from each phase into the next.
